HIA Australian Apprentice of the Year

Stratco congratulates Sam Spencer on being named the 2025 HIA Australian Apprentice of the Year.
From his first day on-site, Sam impressed everyone with his drive, professionalism, and genuine passion for carpentry. He routinely arrived early, invested in his own tools, and set a benchmark for excellence among his peers. His proactive approach to learning – often studying after hours to sharpen his skills – enabled him to complete his apprenticeship ahead of schedule.
Now a highly skilled carpenter, Sam has become a respected role model, embodying the values of hard work, respect, and dedication.
Sam’s growth reflects his relentless pursuit of excellence – and the perfect example of the kind of apprentice we are proud to support at Stratco.
